Social Anxiety And Social Depression - 928 Words
Social anxiety is the fear of being in a group organization; it can, however, be restricted to a certain situation. I have self-diagnosed myself with social anxiety. I believe that I have social anxiety because I overthink situations that other people think nothing of and when I am about to give a presentation or even send a text in a group message I contemplate it for a long time. I want to change this because it causes problems in my life and makes it harder for me to do the things I want do to. I also think my life would be better if I didnââ¬â¢t spend the extra time thinking about the insignificant details of every situation which is just a waste of time. Social anxiety is the third largest mental disorder in the world, at any point in time about 7% of the worldââ¬â¢s population is affected with social anxiety. About 15 million Americans are diagnosed with social anxiety. Studing the Holocaust is very importnant, there are many different categories in this topic that you can break it down into.
